Brett has over 11 years of marketing management experience. He managed a $21MM brand while at one of the nation's largest CPG marketers of Medical Chemicals & Botanical Products. He supported a national sales force of 75 reps, selling into 7,000 retail stores nationally. And lifted orders for new product launches from 16% up to 78%.
Prior Brett founded BAM! Marketing Group, where as Director of Marketing, helped Bacardi Brands International focus on rejuvenating the Dewar’s Brand. The youngest manager in the Lockheed Martin Corporation, at the age of 22, Brett reorganized his Division. Taking on three departments, he managed a team of 13, and total budget of $4,400,000 where his strategy for cost-efficiency reduced costs by $3,000,000 in two-years.
Brett attended University of California at Davis, University of California at Berkeley, and the University of Phoenix. His MBA includes an emphasis in Marketing Management. He is Marketing Sherpa certified in SEM, landing page optimization and email marketing.
